Property photos and videos are used only to prepare and discuss your quotation and the job. We do not publish photos of your property, or any images showing you or your home, without asking for your permission first.

We keep enquiry and quote details for as long as needed to deal with your request and, where a job goes ahead, for the period needed for accounting and legal purposes as required. Enquiries that do not lead to a job are not kept longer than necessary.
